In Florida, strengthening families is a top priority, beginning with a focus on family literacy. Our programs encourage families to learn together, with education that helps parents improve their competitiveness in the workplace and helps children start school ready to learn. By learning together, families keep each other motivated to perform.

LITERACY FAMILY
Genaro and Nicole Ramirez epitomize family literacy. Their entire family, both mom and dad and the four children, are all enrolled in one of our Family Literacy Academies. Genaro has been attending for three years, and will earn his GED in the spring of 2008. |
